Louisa Cass is a communication professional from Australia who's worked in television and government.  She's currently studying food culture at the University of Gastronomic Sciences in northern Italy, and along with her classmates, is eating and drinking her way around Europe. She says she wants "important food issues to receive as much attention as gastroporn.”
